OSHA Defense: Preventing Violations and Proving Your Case (2 Credit Hours)

This course helps contractors understand common OSHA risks, job site responsibilities, and practical steps they can take to reduce citations and improve safety documentation. Through two modules, students will review common OSHA issue areas, including fall protection, hazard communication, ladder safety, lockout/tagout, respiratory protection, first aid requirements, and OSHA response planning. The course emphasizes proactive training, written documentation, and clear procedures so contractors are better prepared before an OSHA inspection, complaint, or incident occurs.
