Commercial General Liability: Exclusions, Conditions, & Misconceptions (1 Credit Hour)

This course addresses a hot topic in the construction industry, commercial general liability policies. More than paying a premium or obtaining a Certificate of Insurance, contractors must take proactive steps to reinforce and not (accidentally) exclude coverage. This course equips contractors with crucial knowledge to navigate the dynamic landscape of construction projects and insurance.
